ARP has been licensed since 1989 (574974) Mr. Perez began contracting as a C-36 plumbing contractor with 4 trucks serving the San Fernando valley and surrounding areas, after a few years Mr. Perez obtained his B-General license and was constructing and remodeling custom kitchens, baths, and began building room additions.
Mr. Perez also had several commercial accounts and by this time he was now contracting concrete, asphalt paving, stucco, masonry, landscaping, swim pools, etc. for about a dozen commercial and multiple story apartment buildings around downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.
Eventually Mr. Perez began contracting Landscape/ Hardscape residential homes on his own and obtained the C-27 Landscape license and then C-53 Swim pool.
With his knowledge in commercial asphalt paving, grading and drainage Mr. Perez then obtained his A-1 Engineering license.
Mr. Perez has been in the construction industry one way or the other since 1977 and licensed since 1989 this is experience that will be beneficial to any potential customer.
